Washington, D.C. — The House of Representatives today voted 225 to 203 to pass Congressman Brandon Gill’s (R-TX) DC Juvenile Sentencing Reform Act. This legislation should now be considered by the Senate for a vote, so that it can head to President Trump’s desk to be signed into law.

Washington, D.C. — Congressman Brandon Gill (R-TX) and Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) introduced the Restoring Equal Opportunity Act which permanently codifies President Trump’s executive order restoring merit-based, race-neutral decision making in hiring and housing by ending the use of “disparate impact” claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Fair Housing Act.

Washington, D.C. — The House of Representatives today voted 218 to 214 to pass President Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which secures the border, delivers the largest mass deportation operation in American history, and delivers historic tax cuts for working-class families.

The legislation now heads to President Trump’s desk for his signature. Congressman Brandon Gill (R-TX) voted in favor of the bill.

Washington, D.C. — Congressman Brandon Gill (R-TX) and Senator Jim Banks (R-IN) introduced the Respectful Treatment of Unborn Remains Act of 2025 to bar abortionists from disposing of aborted fetal remains in publicly owned water systems, including but not limited to federal, state, and locally controlled drains and pipes. This legislation would restore dignity to the deceased unborn child and prevent health risks posed by medical waste contamination in public water reserves.
